Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not passing orders on petitioners' representation dated 09.05.2016 seeking to issue Section 38-E Certificate for the land admeasuring Acs.67.14 guntas in Survey Nos.149, 150, 151, 153, 154, 156 and 157 of Gudur Village, Kandukur Mandal, R.R.District in their favour, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider their representation dated 09.05.2016 and pass orders at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader submits that if the said representation is still pending, the respondents may be directed to consider the same, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 09.05.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of Section 38-E certificate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders in accordance with law.
