ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to afford protection/aid to petitioners to implement the injunction order dated 3.1.2017 passed in I.A.No.869 of 2016 in O.S.No.120 of 2016 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Yelamanchili, in their favour.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that in view of the said injunction order, the complaint of the petitioners was registered as Cr.No.41 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 341 read with 34 IPC by the Station House Officer, Yelamanchili Police Station and investigation is in progress.

In view of registration of crime, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and take necessary action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
