The learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 05.10.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this appeal as the matter has been settled out of Court. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the appellant is present. He seeks permission to withdraw this MA CMA.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
