Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
The case of the petitioner is that her husband, who was working as a Police Constable, died on 18.09.2008 due to ill health. They belong to Scheduled Tribe community. When she made a request for appointment of one of her sons on compassionate ground, proceedings were issued on 03.12.2010 appointing her elder son in the post of Office Subordinate and he was posted in the office of the District Registrar, Adilabad. Since the elder son was suffering from mental disability, he could not report to duty and the next son was not of employable age. However, the elder son submitted a representation on 08.12.2011 seeking permission to join the duty. But, his request was rejected on 11.01.2012. He also died on 16.09.2014. When another request was made on 10.08.
2015 for considering the case of appointment of the petitioner's younger son, her application was forwarded to the second respondent by the third respondent on 28.02.2016 and when no orders were passed thereon, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the above facts and in view of the proceedings No.A2/4130/2015 of the third respondent dated 28.02.2016, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the second respondent to consider the letter of the third respondent dated 28.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
