Heard.
2. The Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise passed an order of confiscation dated 27.03.2015 after considering the petitioner's reply to the show cause notice. Hence, the remedy for the petitioner is to prefer an appeal under the A.P.Excise Act, 1968 and, as such, there is no reason to entertain this writ petition.
3. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appellate authority, if he desires to question the said order. If such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority will consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
