Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jaggaiahpet, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.544 of 2014 and posted to 22.02.2017 for examination of the accused, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
