Bhosale) Heard Mr.Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel holding for Mr.K.S.Murthy, Advocate on record for the petitioner. Mr.P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, submits that the impugned G.O.Ms.No.461, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (TC.1) Department, dated 16.07.2009, has been now modified being G.O.Ms.No.168, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (A) Department, dated 20.11.2015, and in view thereof, nothing further survives in the PIL. PIL is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
