ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioner-Accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.637 of 2019 dated 13.07,2019 on the file of station House officer, Banjara Hills police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code.

On written instructions, dated 22.09.2022, learned Additional public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the court concerned and C.C.No.20976 of 2019 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner-Accused No.3 is at liberty to move this court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
