None appears for the petitioner.

This revision calls in question an order, dated 06.03.2010, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in I.A.No.1413 of 2009 in O.P.No.381 of 2008. The petitioner herein filed I.A.No.1413 of 2009 before the Court below praying to recall RWs.1 and 2. The learned Judge, Family Court dismissed the said application by way of the order under challenge.

This Court on 05.05.2010, ordered notice before admission and also permitted the learned counsel to take out notice to the respondent and to file proof of the same. There is no interim order in the present revision as such in CRP MP No.2699 of 2010. There is no information forthcoming as to the status of O.P.No.381 of 2008. Since the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the revision, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the revision for non-prosecution. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
