THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 1848 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Wakf Board, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Wakf Board to look into the complaint made by the petitioner, and if enquiry is called for, it would be open for it to enquire into the matter. If any decision is to be taken against any person, who are not before us, including the 4th respondent, steps shall be taken for hearing him or her after service of notice. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
