HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.10314 OF 2014 ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner/owner of the vehicle. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
