Heard Mr. Koti Reddy Idamakanti for petitioner. Having regard to the nature of writ prayer, passage of time from the date of filing writ petition till date and the changed circumstances, he requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedy of suit against any cause subsisting against the respondents either in laying the drainage abutting the petitioner's compound wall, or loss suffered by the petitioner due to such haphazard laying. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, by granting liberty as prayed for.
