ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2Corporation has made markings over the petitioners' properties and is likely to demolish the same without following the due procedure.

Mr. Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that his client will follow the procedure under Section-192 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 as explained by this Court in order, dated 03.02.2016, in Writ Petition No.2988 of 2016, before proceeding further with the road widening.

This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
