CVNR,J & TA,J C.M.A.No.144 of 2017 27.11.2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 10.02.2017, in C.O.P.No.100 of 2016 on the file of the Commercial Court for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes at Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr.Deepak Misra, learned counsel for respondent No.1, has submitted that after interim order, dated 22.02.2017, was passed by this Court, his client got the Bank guarantees encashed and that therefore, the cause in the civil miscellaneous appeal has become infructuous. 3.

In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for respondent No.1, which remained uncontroverted, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.M.A., I.A.No.1 of 2017 (C.M.A.M.P.No.243 of 2017) filed by the appellant for interim relief stands disposed of.
