Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he purchased Ac.0.05 guntas in Survey No.139/E of Chilkur Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, through a registered sale deed from previous owner of the property. He applied in Form VI-A to mutate his name in the revenue records and TSTS Limited issued receipt in acknowledgement of application on 12.09.2018. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

The receipt issued by TSTS Limited is enclosed as Ex.P1 to the Writ Petition paper book.

In view of the same, if the said application is pending and so far no decision is made, the Tahsildar, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is directed to act upon the same following due process as required in law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
