This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in Crime No.143 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Shahabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 306 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition. Permission is granted.
