HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2874 OF 2018 ORDER:

The only prayer in the present revision petition is to direct the Agent to Government, Bhadradri at Kothagudem, to dispose of I.A.No.38 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.08 of 2017, which is filed seeking to suspend the order, dated 20.02.2017, passed in I.A.No.108 of 2015 in O.S.No.91 of 2015 on the file of learned Special Assistant Agent to Government and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam.

2. Heard Ms. S. Lakshmi Prameela, learned counsel, representing Sri R. Sujan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. There is no necessity to issue notice to the respondents.

4. The authority is duty bound to dispose of C.M.A.No.8 of 2017 or atleast some order ought to have been passed in I.A.No.38 of 2017. In such an event, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, in case, a direction is given to the Agent to Government, Bhadradri at Kothagudem, to dispose of I.A.No.38 of 2017 by affording opportunity to both sides.

5. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of directing the Agent to Government, Bhadradri at Kothagudem, to dispose of I.A.No.38 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.8 of 2017 within a period

of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by affording opportunity to both sides.
