Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.06 guntas in Survey No. 665/2 and Ac.1.06 guntas in Survey No. 665/3, Vangara revenue village, Bheemadevarapally mandal, Warangal district, having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 3.4.2017. Petitioner stated to have submitted representation dated 5.7.2019 to Tahsildar/4th respondent to take action against illegal encroachment by third party and to issue pattadar pass book. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Copy of the representation made to the Tahsildar -4th respondent is enclosed to the writ petition paper book. But as per procedure, person seeking pattadar pass book has to apply in the prescribed format through online web-portal. Apparently, petitioner has not applied in prescribed format, therefore, respondents cannot be held as negligent in deciding the issue. Writ petition merits no consideration and accordingly the same is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to apply in the prescribed form for issuance of pattadar pass book.
