No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yelamanchili, taken cognizance in C.C.No.334 of 2014 and subsequently, when it was transferred to Principal Junior Civil Judge, Yelamanchili, it was re-numbered as C.C.No.8 of 2015 and thereafter ended in acquittal by judgment dated 11.03.2016 and, therefore, the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
