In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the inaction of the second respondent in registering a crime on the complaint, dated 29.03.2018, lodged by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for respondents 1 and 2. Perused material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 11.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.125 of 2018 was registered under Section 406 I.P.C., against respondents 3 and 4 and investigation is taken up.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
