Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R.6. In fact, for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted a representation on 30.03.2018 to the 6th respondent/ Gram Panchayat.

Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 6th respondent/ Gram Panchayat to verify the contents of the said representation and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
