pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not, taking appropriate action as per law for unauthorized construction / illegal erection of statue on center of the open place in Kandlapalle Village, Beerpur Mandal, Jagtial District as illegal, arbitrary, irregular as unjustified and consequently direct the respondents to stop and remove unauthorized construction / illegal erection of statue which was constructing without following due process of law. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct all the respondents to take immediate steps to stop further construction / removal of encroachment of illegal erection of statue on the center of public open place in Kandlapalle Village, Beerpur Mandal, Jagtial District without any discrimination.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a dilection to the respondents to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction/illegal erection of the statue ol Dr.B.R.Ambedkar in the open place in the centre of the village ol Kandlapalle Village, Beerpur Mandal, Jagtial District.

Leamed counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made representations dated 07 .01.2025 and 08.04.2025 to respondent authorities to stop the unauthorized construction/illegal erection ol the statue of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar in the centre of the village, but the same has not been considered by the respondents so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural \ \ Development, appearing for respondents No. 1 and 3, has obtained \ written instructions, according to which, upon receiving the representations ol the petitioners, respondent No.6 has inspected the site and found that a pillar has been raised to erect the statue of
TIV]D] wp 14276 2025 Dr.B.R.Ambedkar as per the desire of the villagers. It is further stated that respondent No.6 has affixed a notice in the centre of the village informing the villagers to seek permission from the competent authority for erecting the statue. It is stated that the consrruction work has not proceeded further. A copy of the notice affixed in the centre of the village is also annexed to the written instructions 4.
In view of the same, this Court is convinced that respondent No.6 is taking action against the unauthorized construction crcction of the statue of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar and he is directed to take appropriate action if the unauthorized construction is proceeded with. 5.
With the above directions, this Writ Pctition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
