Mrs. Gnana Sundari v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12722 of 2008 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:- "...the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.3 in not registering the petitioner's report dated 28.03.2018 as FIR as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional...." 2.
The only grievance of the writ petitioner is non-registration of a crime on the report, dated 28.03.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, third respondent herein, and non-filing of the charge sheet/final report in accordance with the procedure established by law.
3.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on instructions, dated 10.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that a case in Cr.No.236/2018 was registered on 10.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 r/w 34 IPC and investigation is taken up into the case.
4.
In that view of the matter, no further cause survives for adjudication and, hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
