The Court made the following :

COMMON ORDER:

These Contempt Cases have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 12-11-2013 in W.P.No.17067 of 2013 and batch, whereunder, the respondents were directed to refund all the amounts which were paid by the petitioners towards purported regularisation of possession of their lands.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the Telangana State, on instructions, submitted that on 14-8-2014, respondent No.2 has issued proceedings sanctioning refund of the amounts as directed by this Court with a request to the petitioners to approach the Accounts Section for receipt of the money. A copy of these proceedings was furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

He has further submitted that if the petitioners approach the Accounts Section of respondent No.2, they will refund the money.

Sri M. Ravindrnath Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, stated that he will advise his clients to do the needful as suggested by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Since respondent No.2 has complied with the order of this Court by issuing the aforementioned proceedings, the Contempt Cases are closed.
