It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that respondents have granted building permission to petitioner vide permit No.41470/DC/SZ/Cir-4/2015 dt.29.04.2015 and have thus implemented the order dt.28.11.2014 in WP.No.4596 of 2012.

2. In this view of the matter, although there is some delay in implementing the order passed by this Court, I am of the opinion that there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

In view of the above said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
