HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.6181 of 2025 PROCEEDING SHEET 18.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition No.2 imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.05.2025 in Criminal Petition No.6181 of 2025 against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.100 of 2024 of P.S.Soan, Nirmal District.

Heard Mr.Ch.Naresh Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Giridhar Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/A1 approached this Court and filed Criminal Petition No.6181 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2024 P.S.Soan, Nirmal District, and the same was allowed by this Court on 07.05.2025 and anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions. The petitioner has complied all the conditions, which are imposed by this Court and the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating officer on every Monday and Saturday at

11.00 A.M. since last four weeks and further presence of the petitioner is no more required and unless the condition No.2 is relaxed, he will be put to great hardship.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not disputed the same.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective parties and in view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition No.2 imposed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6181 of 2025 vide order dated 07.05.2025. The other conditions are not disturbed.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
