When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Municipal Corporation, that on the applications submitted by the petitioners herein on 06.05.2017 and 25.05.2017 for grant of building permission, necessary orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 2.

The said submission is recorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, directing the respondents to pass orders on the building applications submitted by the petitioners herein on 06.05.2017 and 25.05.2017 in respect of premises bearing H.Nos.8-2-293/82/C/18 & C/20, Plot Nos.18 & in Sy.No.403/120/9 of Shaikpet Village, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
