THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3618 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.314 of 2012 on the file of Special Mobile Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Kakinada, East Godavari District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the trial was completed and the case was ended in conviction on 14-08-2015 and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
