The only grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the third respondent is not disposing of the application dated 27.01.2018, said to have been filed by him for building permission. 2.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj, that if said application is pending consideration before the third respondent and if it is in accordance with law, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to verify the application dated 27.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
