When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the I Additional JFCM, Khammam, on 27.11.2015 and the case was numbered as C.C.No.737 of 2015 and now the case was transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile Court, Khammam, vide C.C.No.157 of 2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
