Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that petitioner has sent only photocopy of the complaint through registered post, and as and when original complaint is received along with necessary documents, respondent No.5 will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will file original complaint along with required documents. In view of the above submissions, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file original complaint along with required documents, and as and when such complaint is received, the 5th respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
