This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2001 and is admitted in the year 2002.

A perusal of the docket reveals that on 31.01.2018, 09.02.2018 and 16.02.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. In spite of the same, today there is no representation for the petitioner's counsel either in the forenoon or afternoon sessions. It appears the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
