This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 25.2.2003 passed in P.W.8 of 2002, whereunder the 1st respondent-Authority appointed under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, passed orders directing the petitioner and the 2nd respondent herein to pay wages to the applicants. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

This Court has considered the submissions made by the parties and the material available on record. No illegality has been pointed out by the petitioner in the order impugned. Unless and unless some grave illegality is pointed out by the petitioner in the order impugned, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
