THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31942 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents No.3 and 4 in issuing the A4 licence of Gazette S.No.82, Ward No.145/146, Padmaraonagar, Bansilalpet Shop No.2 in favour of Respondent No.6 against the willingness of the petitioners/landlords dated 24/09/2015 at D.No.6-3-01, New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad as illegal, arbitrary, high handed and contrary to to law and set aside the same and direct the respondents No.3 and 4 not to issue any A4 licence to Respondent No.6 in D.No.6-3-01, New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad and grant all consequential reliefs." Heard Sri Amarnath Goud Thodupunuri, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 24-09-2015 to the 3rd respondent herein and appropriate orders may be directed to be passed on the said representation by fixing some time frame. This Court considers the said request as reasonable. For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent - Prohibition and Excise

Superintendent, Secunderabad to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 24-09-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ A.V.
