23.01.2023 HCJ & NVSK, J Though this application was disposed of on 29.11.2022, the same is listed today on the basis of a letter dated 22.12.2022 issued by Mohammad Nizamuddin, receiver - cum - commissioner requesting the Registrar General to provide him the entire case records of C.S.No.9 of 1951 from the earlier receiver - cum - commissioner.

What has happened pursuant to the aforesaid letter is not known.

Registrar Judicial - I to put up a note regarding action taken on the letter of Mohammad Nizamuddin, receiver - cum - commissioner dated 22.12.2022. Since the papers have been placed in an already disposed of application, we are of the view that it would be just and proper to have the

Court papers in a separately registered application.

Accordingly, a new application may be registered bearing Application No.4 of 2022, wherein the relevant papers may be placed.

List this matter along with the note on 30.01.2023.
