THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18109 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings of respondent No.4 dated 30.06.2004 in his Proceedings No.P1/255(12)/2004-ATK(K) and further declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners as Driver Grade II from the date of their initial appointment, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners as Grade II Drivers in A.P.S.R.T.C. with all consequential benefits forthwith.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
