ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 13.7.2015, in

I.A.No.143 of 2015 in O.S.No.170 of 2002, whereby the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Repalle has dismissed the said I.A. filed for reopening the plaintiff's side evidence. At the hearing, Mr. Raavinutha VSR, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly stated that this Court dismissed Civil Revision Petition No.4302 of 2015 on 14.10.2015 filed by the petitioner against the order in a related I.A. filed for recalling P.Ws.3, 4 and 6.

For the reasons as mentioned in the said order, this Civil Revision Petition is also liable to be dismissed.
