Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or writ one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.5 in Notice No.1432/M/2002, dt. 21.8.2009 and Notice No.1432/M/2002, dt. 03.12.
2009 in proceeding to evict as arbitrary, illegal, unjust unconstitutional, in competent and in violation of principles of natural justice and the orders of 1st respondent, consequently call for the records in the proceedings and set aside the same.
