After arguing some time, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition on the ground that the petitioner earlier moved Criminal Petition No. 13889 of 2016 on similar grounds seeking very same relief and the same was dismissed vide order dated 26.09.2016. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
