THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14771 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2.
Petitioner made an application to the Tahsildar, Cheryal Mandal, Siddipet District, to incorporate her name in the revenue records as pattadar in respect of lands Ac.1.27 guntas, Ac.1.07 guntas, Ac.1.09 guntas, Ac.1.09 guntas, Ac.1.20 guntas, Acs.2.01 guntas, Acs.11.03 guntas, Acs.10.11 guntas, Acs.8.39 guntas, Acs.4.14 guntas, Acs.8.31 guntas, Acs.3.25 guntas, Acs.12.03 guntas, Ac.1.20 guntas, Ac.0.26 and Acs.5.17 guntas in survey nos.462, 463, 464, 474, 475, 432, 2, 293, 373, 536, 1161, 1162, 1176, 1186, 1187 and 374, respectively, of Mustyal Village, Cherial Mandal, Siddipet District. On verification of the revenue records, petitioner was informed by the endorsement of the Tahsildar dated 12.01.2018 that her request to mutate her name in the revenue records cannot be considered.
Therein, the Tahsildar assigned reasons as to why such request cannot be considered. Without disclosing the fact that a decision was already made by the Tahsildar, petitioner made a representation to the District Collector, Siddipet, on 22.01.2018 stating that there was total inaction on the part of the Tahsildar in considering her request and the District Collector in turn vide his letter dated 23.01.2018 directed the Tahsildar to look into the grievance. This Writ Petition is filed praying to direct the Tahsildar to enter her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar passbook and title deeds.
3.
Since a decision was already made by the Tahsildar on 12.01.2018 rejecting the request of the petitioner to enter her name in the revenue records in respect of subject lands, no direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. 4.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law, if not satisfied with the endorsement of the Tahsildar or otherwise. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
