THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.18660 OF 2005 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to declare the order of the 1st respondent in RC.A/551/1993, dated 02.08.2005 as illegal and ultra virus of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the said order. 2.

It is stated that the appeal which is filed by the petitioner is pending before the second respondent and if the same is decided, no adjudication is required in this matter.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner after hearing all the interested parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months.
