When the matter came up for hearing on 27.02.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner called absent and there was no representation on his behalf. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
