THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE NO.1977 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 21-022012 in W.P.No.34550 of 2011. When the matter is called today, it is represented by learned Government Pleader that in terms of the orders of this Court the District Collector, East Godavari District, Kakinada vide proceedings Ref.No.C5/M/569/2009, dated 02-12-2015 passed an order confirming that Smt.Nadipudi Satyaveni, D/o.Nadipudi Ramireddy, belongs to Konda Reddy (ST) Community and a copy of the same is also placed on record. In view of the above orders passed by the District Collector, East Godavari District, Kakinada, the contempt case is closed and the respondents stand discharged.
