THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8307 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that either for fear of God or for the love of the matter, one cannot say they entered into a compromise settling their disputes amicably. On behalf of de-facto complainant, a request is made to permit him to withdraw the complaint, which is registered as crime No.19 of 2013 by the Bhavaninagar Police Station, Hyderabad. Though the learned Public Prosecutor would express his reservation for this method of withdrawing the complaint, but, nonetheless, taking into account the age of the accused and the fact that the accused is pursuing education, I hope that chances of repetition of the alleged mis-demnor are fairly remote. Hence, I allow the complaint to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
