No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, assigned S.C.No.446 of 2014 and the case was made over to the Court of the III-Additional District Judge, Gadwal, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
