Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the interim order dt.23-12-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.53372 of in W.P.No.41343 of 2015, whose non-compliance is alleged in the Writ Petition, has since been complied with.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
