HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 25399 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioner in this Habeas Corpus Petition seeks production of two persons, namely Ubbali Hanmanthu S/o Mallappa and Ubbali Lingam S/o Ubbali Hanmanthu, contending that they have been illegally detained by respondent No.4.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that so far as Ubbali Lingam S/o Hanmanthu is concerned, he was arrested on 09.08.2015 in connection with Crime No.205 of 2015 and was produced before the Magistrate on 10.08.2015 and presently, he is in judicial custody. He further submits that so far as Ubbali Hanmanthu S/o Mallappa is concerned, no offence is registered against him and that the respondents have ever either arrested him or detained him for any purpose.

In view of the statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
