The learned Standing Counsel, Sri M.S.Ramachandra Murthy submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of at the admission stage, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order to the District Collector, who is the appellate authority, and the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the said appeal in accordance with law.
