THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20634 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2.

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his house site situated in Survey No.88-B admeasuring 728 square yards situated at Nagaladinne Village, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that, without following due process of law, respondent Nos.3 to 5, at the instance of respondent No.6, are calling him to the police station and insisting him to vacate from the subject property and hence the present writ petition came to be filed. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent police not to call the petitioner to the police station, without following due process of law. 5.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to call the petitioner to the police station and to interfere with the civil disputes, between the parties, except following due process of law. No costs. 6.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
