Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order in MP No.989 of 2008 in MC No.213 of 2008 dated 18.11.2009, passed by the Additional MSJ for the Trial of JHCBBC - cum Additional Family Court, Hyderabad in granting maintenance to the wife of the petitioner, but she expired in the year 2014 itself. As such, the cause in the present Criminal Revision Case does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
